How do I access the MACH Exhibitor Manual?

We know that keeping track of multiple logins for different systems can be difficult so the key platforms for MACH are all linked to your Exhibitor Dashboard; as long as you can login there you will be able to login to the Exhbitor Manual.

I've clicked the 'Exhibitor Manual' button in my Exhibitor Dashboard and it is asking for login details. What should I do?

The Exhibitor Manual is hosted on a separate website and it can take up to 3 working days for the websites to synch up. If you have only just had your Dashboard activated or you have only just been added as a user to an existing Dashboard then please be patient. The Exhibitor Manual link will be active shortly.

If you have been using your Dashboard for some time and the link still isn't working then there may be a problem, submit a ticket using the button at the top of the page and we will look into it for you.
