What is my Exhibitor Dashboard?

The Exhibitor Dashboard is your central hub for organising and promoting your presence at the show. It has three main functions:


  1. Creating a visitor facing profile - adding information to your Dashboard populates the public section of the website, visitors can view this information and find out more about you. Selected information is also taken from your Dashboard and published in the printed MACH guides and catalogues.
  2. Accessing the Exhibitor Manual - The MACH exhibitor manual is linked to your Dashboard, you will need this link to access technical information, order forms and official contractor details to prepare for the show.
  3. Lead Generation - The Visit Connect portal where you register your staff, manage guests, collect leads and create QR codes for the show is also accessed through your Dashboard.
    How do I login to the Exhibitor Dashboard?

    Once you have confirmed your attendance at the exhibition you will automatically be issued login details for the Dashboard. Click Here to go to the login screen; if you haven't recieved your login you can and use the 'forgot password' function on this page to generate a reminder.

    What information can I add to my Exhibitor Listing?

    Information added to your Exhibitor Dashboard will be displayed on the MACH Exhibitor list for visitors to see. You can add the following:


    • Company Profile | A short description of your company that will be printed in our show guides and appear on the exhibitor list on the MACH website.
    • Logo | Add your company logo, this should be a png. or jpeg. File format and looks best as a square image, for example 300px x 300px
    • Social Media | Add your company accounts using the full https:// format
    • Videos | You can embed videos on your profile. On YouTude the embed code can be found under the 'share' function
    • Products/Brochure | upload information about the products and services you offer by adding additional files and product listings to your profile. We recommend files be limited to less than 2mb.
    • Press Releases | Press releases added to the site will appear on your listing and will be added to the exhibitor news feed.


    I've logged into my Dashboard but the 'Visit Connect' and/or 'Exhibitor Manual' Links are not working. What do I do?

    Both Visit Connect and the Exhibitor Manual are hosted on separate websites and it can take up to 3 working days for your Dashboard login credentials to synch up with the other systems.


    If you are a new exhibitor or user please be patient - these links will automatically fix themselves shortly. If you have been using the Dashboard for sometime and these links are still not live then raise a ticket using the button at the top of the screen and we will investigate the problem.

    I want another member of staff to have access to the Dashboard. How do I arrange this?

    Additional users can be added provided that they are a unique email address. Submit a ticket using the button at the top of the page confirming the following:

    • Full Name
    • Exhibitor Company
    • Email Address


    And we will arrange for a login. Don't forget the emails are from an automated system so please remember to check your junk email folder if they do not arrive.
